Mojee’s Yoga classes is for everyone from beginner to intermediate and for those more advanced she adds further developments to postures to challenge and deepen your practice. Mojee studied Power Yoga, and Vinyasa Flow. Mojee now teaches her own style of class which gives you a balanced journey through dynamic flowing postures, to holding postures in stillness, with time to deepen gently into stretches and bring more awareness to your alignment. Mojee’s classes are meditative and have a strong focus on breath so that people find they connect to a sense of peace and joy.
Private yoga sessions are a great way to introduce you to yoga, deepen an already strong practice or meet a personal practice and/or lifestyle goal. Whether you’d like to find more stability in standing poses or cultivate more balance and awareness, the individualized attention you receive with private yoga lessons will take your practice to the next level and you will walk away with equanimity and vitality .
